Where Alpine Heritage Meets Modern Luxury

A 1750 Simmentaler Bauernhaus, lovingly restored to blend centuries of Swiss craftsmanship with contemporary elegance.

The Chalet

History Meets
Modern Comfort

Originally built in 1750, Chalet Amalia is a beautifully restored Simmentaler Bauernhaus that embodies the soul of the Swiss Alps. Rebuilt in 2008 by a Dutch family with deep respect for its heritage, the chalet retains its original woodwork and timeless exterior while offering a refined, contemporary interior.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the chalet comfortably hosts up to eight guests. The spacious living room — with panoramic views of Lenk valley and Betelberg — is the perfect setting to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails.

Sustainably heated by solar panels and supplied with pure mountain spring water, Chalet Amalia is a retreat that honours the landscape it calls home.
